International Samuel Starts Drilling At Reed Lake

March 3, 2009

Mr. Conrad Swanson reports

INTERNATIONAL SAMUEL DRILLING COMMENCES ON REED LAKE PROJECT

Road construction to the first three drill collars of International Samuel Exploration Corp.'s Reed Lake project in the Flin Flon mining camp in southeastern Manitoba was completed ahead of schedule. Rodren Drilling Ltd. of Manitoba is currently drilling. The planned program of up to 2,000 metres is concentrating on VTEM and ground geophysic anomalies bordering the west of VMS Ventures Ltd. recent discovery. The first three drill holes are intended to test a conductor accessible during winter months.

The company has retained the services of Jim Cuttle (PGeo) to oversee the project on site. Conrad Swanson, the president of International Samuel, commented: "We are under way. With vice-president of exploration Derrick Strickland (PGeo) overseeing the program, and having Jim become available to be on site, is a luxury I could not even afford to think of six months ago. If I ever wanted anyone to oversee early results, it would be these two."

The property is 199,736 acres and is bordering a discovery with released grades as high as 10.36 per cent copper over 33.46 metres. Rodren Drilling Ltd. has been involved in exploration of the Reed Lake area for more than 30 years and has extensive knowledge of the area to be drilled.

All the technical information for this release has been reviewed by the qualified person responsible for the Reed Lake program, Mr. Strickland, PGeo, vice-president of exploration and a director of International Samuel Exploration.
