International Samuel Announces Stock Option Grants
January 30, 2009
International Samuel Exploration Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX Venture: “ISS”) is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 258,000 stock options to the directors and officers of the Company and a consultant performing investor relations activities for the Company. The options are exercisable into common shares (each a “Share”) of the Company at a price of $0.21 per Share for a term of five years from the date of grant and are subject to regulatory approval.
